STIRLING, On. (05/27/11) Members of the Apollo Barbell Club train with Canada’s oldest master weightlifter, Don Buchanan. The Apollo is a makeshift gym with a family feel. Members train twice a week and encourage one another raise the bar, both physically and mentally. Photos by Ashliegh Gehl.
